What You Will Do: Patient Procedures: Assisting pain management provider with in-office injections and minor procedures. Patient Interaction and Education: Answer patient inquiries with empathy, providing reassurance and clear information. Post-Care Instructions: Provide patients with detailed instructions for their care, both in the clinic and at home, helping them feel confident in their recovery. Clinic Maintenance: Ensure that treatment areas are clean, organized, and properly stocked with necessary medical supplies and equipment. Teamwork: Collaborate closely with healthcare providers and other team members to streamline patient care and clinic operations. Administrative Support: Manage phone messages, answer questions, and coordinate patient, physician, and pharmacy communications. Other duties as assigned
