As a Utility Technician, you will operate the downstream machinery within our facility. Providing plastic containers to leading consumer brands with quality and precision. You Will

  • Operate automated palletizers, conveyor systems, automated stretch wrappers, and banders to achieve optimal results.

  • Adhere to all BOS and SAP standards and activities.

  • Troubleshoot equipment & perform routine preventative maintenance.

  • Join with your team to identify continuous improvement opportunities focused on safety, reliability, quality & scrap reduction

  • Be responsible for reporting food safety issues to personnel with authority to initiate action.

  • Assist Process Technician's in documentation of production losses.

You Have

  • Ability to work the following schedule: 6: 45 pm - 7: 15 am on a cycle of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off, repeat. This equates to 2 weekends per month off with a 3-day weekend

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

  • A minimum of one 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment working with equipment used for high-volume production

  • Working knowledge of extrusion or blow molding equipment is preferred

  • Hydraulics, pneumatics & electrical mechanical basic knowledge

  • Ability to troubleshoot & problem solve

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation.
