Description:
The role is responsible for coordinating service calls, assigning technicians, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely communication and follow-up. This role supports service operations and administrative tasks while maintaining accurate records and schedules.
Qualifications- Minimum 2 years of dispatch experience
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
Education- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- College degree preferred

Responsibilities- Receive and prioritize incoming service calls across multiple locations.
- Dispatch technicians and create service requests in Oracle ERP.
- Maintain technician on-call schedules and follow up on service quotes.
- Communicate with customers to gather service details and ensure satisfaction.
- Promote service agreements and support sales coordination.
- Redirect non-dispatch calls appropriately.
- Submit accurate weekly timesheets, including prevailing wage tracking.
- Provide administrative support to the Manager.
- Assist with other service operations tasks as assigned.
