Elite Oral Facial Surgery - Front Desk Coordinator Purpose: Responsible for greeting patients, checking them in and processing through their appointment. Office Address: 24437 Katy Freeway, Suite 500, Katy, TX 77494, United States Position Requirements: Greet and receive patients in a friendly and professional mannerMust be able to communicate effectively with patients and team members.Ensure patient data is accurate and current by reviewing it with the patientDocument information in patient records systemPrepare appropriate information prior to patient appointmentsUse discretion with all private information in a medical settingVerify patient insuranceCommunicate with other departments as required regarding patient accounts/concerns/questionsAnswer phones and direct call traffic as requiredTravel to other offices as necessary Qualifications: Experience working in a medical or dental practice is preferredExcellent communication skills, professionalism and customer service ability.Highly collaborativeAbility to process information quickly and accuratelyWillingness to learn new skills.Mature and dependable.Knowledge of computer software applications.
