This role will be working in the Corporate Dallas office 4x a week.

What You’ll Get to Do

The SAP Senior Support Specialist is focused on playing a pivotal role in providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancement of our SAP systems, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business objectives..

Job responsibilities include:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP support incidents and service requests from business users across multiple functional areas (SD, MM, FICO, PP, etc.).
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex SAP issues, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors where needed.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes for recurring problems
• Manage SAP system configuration changes and transport requests across development, QA, and production environments.
• Collaborate with SAP Basis and ABAP development teams for performance tuning and system enhancements.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum of 5+ years of SAP experience in a support or consulting role.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with one SAP modules (SD, MM, FICO, EWM, etc.).
• Deep understanding of SAP business processes and system architecture.
• Experience with incident management tools (e.g. Jira)
