What You’ll Get to Do

The Manufacturing Supervisor - Anodizing is focused on identifying root causes, implement solutions and reports to the Manufacturing Manager.

This role is perfect for an individual who wants to be in a team environment . A vital member of the Manufacturing Team, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.

Job responsibilities include:

Train employees and facilitate goal oriented continuous improvement processes to reduce waste and improve processes (Processes include, but are not limited to:

• Supervise a diverse work group including the racking, unracking/inspecting, tank and crane operation, lab and wastewater
• Monitor and manage production
• Assist in development and maintain process documentation and work
• Learn and participate heavily in OpEx process
• Train employees and facilitate goal oriented continuous improvement processes to reduce waste and improve processes (Processes include, but are not limited to: OpEx, Lean and 5S techniques).
  

Hours will be 6pm-6am and on a 2, 3, 2 schedule (You will have every other weekend off)

What We Are Looking For

• Aluminum Anodizing Supervision Experience

• A background in Engineering or Chemistry is a plus and previous leadership experience is required.

• Ability to learn and understand the Anodizing process and Crane
• Basic understanding of manufacturing and service-oriented business
