The Lead Machine Operator is focused on setting the example to the team and reports to the Supervisor.

Job responsibilities include:

• The safety of the team as well as our customers must be a priority.
• Training new team members
• Ensuring quality in our production and fulfillment processes
• Sequencing production priorities with team members
• Ensuring team members are “hands in product” and have all tools needed for efficient production
• Report out at L4 boards with knowledge of KPIs
• Drive 5S and other Workplace Organization initiatives
• Leads by example in attendance, PPE, actively engaged in daily goal setting and schedule execution

What We Are Looking For

• Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment, stay current with all inquiries and task.
• Strong, friendly personality and able to communicate with customers in an effective manner.
  Must be able to read, understand, and communicate paperwork and labels.
• Basic computer skills a plus.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to read and interpret basic mathematical measurements and effectively use a tape measure.
• Ability to drive Power Industrial Equipment.
• Read, understand, and communicate paperwork and labels.
• Attach appropriate labels to material while correctly counting and identifying materials.
• Other duties as assigned
