Job Description

Job Summary

The Client Relations Support Representative II is responsible for delivering exceptional client support by assisting with new client onboarding and training on processes, products, or services, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance to clients. This role requires a strong focus on building relationships, maintaining client satisfaction, and supporting internal teams to ensure the highest level of service delivery.


Job Responsibilities

  • Research and resolve client issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Foster positive client relationships by providing personalized service and maintaining a helpful, solutions-focused approach.
  • Assist with onboarding and training clients on processes, products, or services
  • Provides support to Customer Service, Client Relations, and/or other sales team members in gathering required information needed to satisfy customer inquiries
  • Follows standard procedures and guidelines
  • Understands how assigned duties relate to others within the team and how the team integrates with related teams
  • Impacts own team through the quality of the support provided
  • Recognizes and solves typical problems; selects solutions from established options
  • Communicates moderately complex information in routine situations, typically within own team
  • Works under general supervision with limited ability to modify approach
  • Individual contributor having no supervisory responsibilities; manages own workload
  • Performs all other duties as assigned by management


Education

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred


Experience

  • Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM or support ticketing systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and self-motivated.
  • Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Previous experience handling escalated client issues is a plus.
