Description & Requirements Maximus is seeking an experienced Technical Trainer to join our team! As Technical Trainer, you will provide subject matter proficiency for work described in the task. Responsible for providing analytical skills to support process improvement, specialized studies, and the definition of requirements. Typical duties include designing, planning, organizing, and directing training programs to enable PMO-directed instructors to present training materials, instructional materials, and informational presentations. Requires expertise in a specialty area.
This position is contingent upon award. This position is remote, but may require occasional travel to the San Antonio, TX or Baltimore, MD area as requested by the client. Job-Specific Minimum Requirements:
- 10 years of overall experience in the functional area. A Bachelor's degree in related field required. Master's degree may substitute for 2 years of experience.
- 5+ years developing training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials.
- 5 years experience with interacting with cyber operators in refining requirements and providing supporting documentation for each use case.
- 10+ years working in a DoD environment with specialization in cyber domain.
- TS/SCI Clearance required.
Job-Specific Preferred Qualifications: - Practical experience in managing Force Readiness including but not limited to training pipelines, Knowledge/Skill/Ability/Task (KSATs), Job Qualification Requirements (JQRs), etc.
