The Sr Billing Transformation Analyst will be working in a functional Billing support role supporting the Transformation Office team. This position will work directly with the Transformation office to support projects related to process improvements to billing quality for the company. The role will be a key contributor for billing system knowledge on the Bill It All project. Additionally, the positions collaborate with the Corporate Billing Department, supporting findings and recommendations of the Transformation Office.

The position requires strong system, billing, and operational knowledge. Requires the ability to understand the big picture while being detail-oriented. You will report to the Transformation Office Director as a long-term assignment supporting the transformation projects.

Job Duties:

• Provide analysis on billing processes with the goal of identifying root causes of billing errors or missing billing with the goal to identify system improvements.
• Take the lead on Banking customer billing reconciliations (Primarily CMS).

• Advise the other billers on the Bill it All team on CMS questions for smaller banking customers. This would be a learning opportunity for all billers involved with this project.
• Review Branch and Account CMS Reports (CIX Errors, Freebie, Coin Exception, CMS Daily) to help identify processing errors.
• Create guides for Branch Billers, CIA's, Sales and CMS Managers, CDA Team to understand billing setup for CMS.
• Accounts must be reconciled as a full entity. This includes all lines of business for the banking customer (ATM, CIT, SafePoint, CMS, etc.) and the parent/child relationship.
• Document the revenue impact for each customer reconciled. List the average monthly revenue and negotiated back-billing on shared worksheet.
• Accurately update the customer setup in Oracle (SOFI) once the audit is complete and agreement is reached on the necessary changes.
• Communicate changes to account setups to applicable billers to ensure understanding of how the accounts should function going forward. This can include account-specific operating guides for supporting guidelines.
• Consult with Legal, Sales, and the Bill it All Team on contract issues (missing documents, rate errors, side agreements) to ensure paperwork complies with corporate requirements.
• Ensure updates are completed in systems external to Finance by working with operations. eVas/Glory, Track and Trace, Fed Routing
• Document the revenue impact for each customer reconciled. List the average monthly revenue and negotiated back-billing on the shared worksheet.
• Work at a fast pace to complete account audits per weekly requirements. The number of accounts will vary based on complexity.
• Voice concern to Bill It All team immediately when not receiving documentation or information required to complete account reconciliation
