Position Qualification Summary: Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, the Manager, Talent Acquisition - Non-Driver is responsible for leading full life cycle recruitment for non-driver roles within Linde Gases US. This role directly manages a team of five recruiters and ensures consistent, high-quality recruiting delivery aligned to business needs, workforce plans, and compliance requirements. The Manager partners closely with HR and business leaders to execute recruiting strategies, guide hiring managers, and maintain strong candidate and hiring manager experiences. This position is accountable for day-to-day recruiting execution, team performance, and continuous improvement within the non-driver recruiting space. Key Accountabilities: Non-Driver Recruiting Leadership: - Directly manage, coach, and develop five Talent Acquisition Specialists supporting non-driver hiring - Set clear expectations for recruiting quality, productivity, and service delivery - Provide ongoing guidance to recruiters on sourcing strategies, candidate evaluation, and hiring manager partnership - Review requisitions, pipelines, and workloads to ensure appropriate prioritization and coverage - Address performance issues, remove obstacles, and support recruiter development in partnership with TA leadership Recruiting Strategy & Execution: - Lead and oversee full life cycle recruiting for non-driver roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and offer process - Partner with hiring managers and HR partners to understand hiring needs and provide recruiting guidance and market insight - Develop and execute sourcing strategies to deliver diverse, qualified candidate slates - Act as a trusted recruiting advisor to the business while ensuring alignment with internal standards and processes Process, Metrics & Systems: - Monitor recruiting performance using dashboards and key metrics such as time to fill and aged requisitions - Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting processes and tools to increase efficiency, consistency, and quality of delivery - Drive continuous improvement in recruiting workflows, communication, and candidate experience - Use data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement within the non-driver recruiting function - Ensure consistent and effective use of the Applicant Tracking System and recruiting tools Compliance, Vendors & Projects: - Ensure recruiting practices comply with employment laws, internal policies, and audit requirements - Partner with approved vendors and agencies to support non-driver hiring needs - Support OFCCP audit preparation activities as required - Participate in Talent Acquisition and HR projects aligned to team and business priorities Qualifications: Required: - Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience - 10+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, primarily supporting non-driver roles. - 5+ years of experience recruiting for Linde or one of its affiliates. - Previous experience managing or leading recruiters in a Talent Acquisition environment - Experience using an enterprise Applicant Tracking System, specifically Cornerstone or Taleo - Strong business acumen with the ability to partner effectively with HR and hiring leaders - Experience managing recruiting metrics, dashboards, or process improvement initiatives - Experience partnering with external vendors or staffing agencies and managing/tracking costs. - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills - Ability to travel domestically up to 30% as needed About Linde: Linde is a leading global industrial gases and engineering company with 2025 sales of $34 billion.
