What you will enjoy doing*- You will adjust and control process variables
- Perform startup and shutdown of process equipment
- Prepare equipment for maintenance, including lockout/tagout
- Issue and manage maintenance work permits safely
- Monitor and maintain equipment performance
- Work 12-hour rotating shifts with on-call and overtime requirements
- Communicate effectively with operators, technicians, engineers, and management
- Follow all corporate and plant policies
- Maintain strict safety and environmental standards at all times
- Ensure high standards of housekeeping
- Participate in daily and monthly safety and production meetings
What makes you great- High school diploma required
- Associate degree preferred
- 2+ years of production, operations, or equivalent industrial experience preferred
- Must be able to work extended hours, weekends, holidays, and respond to call-ins as needed
