Position Overview: We are currently seeking a talented professional to become our Market Intelligence Analyst who is accountable for developing robust and actionable qualified leads pipeline, tracking leads evolution through the Sales Funnel, quantifying success rate of used lead sources, and working with other Linde PLC. Business Units (BU) to incorporate best practices and new technologies for LGUS industrial gas business. This position will report to the Director of National Business Development, have no direct reports and is based in The Woodlands, TX. Responsibilities Include: - Market research to identify, evaluate, and prioritize growing markets and prospects as targeted sales leads. - Optimize lead generation, qualification and tracking process within all regions in LGUS. - Work with National BD group to contrast Linde's offerings and their value propositions with target markets. - Work globally with Linde PLC. BUs to identify, evaluate and deploy innovative digital and AI tools for market research and lead generation. - Collect, evaluate, summarize, and report on various aspects of the lead generation efforts and results including, but not limited to new business signings, lead generation activities and results. - Real time support for National BD group. - Ownership of the accuracy, breadth, and organization of the D365 Leads and competitive database records. - Collaborate with MARCOM team to create new outbound campaigns (calling, mailing, e-mailing, social media, etc.) adding creativity, data, and experience to the campaign. - Execute, evaluate, and report on results. - Close interaction with business development, sales, R& D, marketing communications, and upper management. Qualifications: - BS Degree in Business, Data Analytics or Marketing - 5+ years' experience with lead generation and market data analysis - Less than 10% travel may be required - Proven track record of developing leads pipeline Desired Skills: - Proficiency in Excel, CRMs, dashboards, mapping - Marketing research, segmentation and targeting - High-level internet research ability, insights in AI tools for lead generation - Advanced business writing About Linde: Linde is a leading global industrial gases and engineering company with 2025 sales of $34 billion.
