What you will enjoy doing*

  • Lead and manage complex productivity projects nationally for the Bulk Business, partnering with stakeholders at all levels
  • Identify, prioritize, and support productivity improvements across multiple sites and regions
  • Own the replication program by sharing best practices and tracking execution with regional teams
  • Produce monthly productivity reports and presentations for national meetings
  • Apply advanced productivity tools to overcome resistance and achieve cost savings
  • Use operational knowledge to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase profitability
  • Report to the Productivity Manager and coach junior professionals on projects
  • Collaborate with local teams and support organizations to align efforts
  • Develop strategic tools and quantify financial benefits, validating results with Finance
  • Build and prioritize a project portfolio to meet annual financial targets
  • Translate business strategy into actionable plans and solve complex problems
  • Facilitate idea generation and develop robust project strategies with strong leadership
  • Align with regional management on priorities, strategy, and support needs
  • Thrive in a diverse team and contribute unique perspectives to drive inclusive productivity improvements

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a related science field
  • Have at least five years of engineering experience in industrial gases or refining industries
  • Possess Black Belt training or certification
