Purpose: Job Descriptions are part of Company Quality Policies and Procedures. This standard defines the tasks and responsibilities of the Associate Director, Marketing. The standard is valid for all Associate Director, Marketing. General: Support all programs and activities related to marketing and external communication strategies and objectives. Tasks and Responsibilities: The Associate Director, Marketing shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: - Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to support market expansion, including digital marketing, content marketing, and lead generation campaigns. - Design and execute marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives and increase brand awareness and drive lead generation. - Plan and manage the budget for marketing activities, ensuring maximum ROI. - Organize and execute market events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and product launches, to engage with customers and industry stakeholders. - Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and tactics. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, business development, and customer service, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with company goals. - Stay informed on the latest marketing tools, technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge. - Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to identify and develop new content to meet goals using video, audio, still imagery, and text. - Maintain editorial quality, design, and production standards, as well as values, messaging, and style consistent with brand guidelines for all communications, including print, web, email, video, audio, and webinar formats. - Conduct research on target audiences. Develop and implement strategic work plans tailored to reach and engage these groups. - Create and update website content using web content management system (Sitecore). - Establish and maintain procedures and processes to ensure that marketing activities are carried out in a consistent and efficient manner in accordance with company commitments and corporate standards. - Learn and abide by the Linde Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct. Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and professionalism in all communications, actions and decisions. Education and Experience Required: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field. - Minimum 10 years of relevant experience. Skills Required: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field. - Proficiency in marketing analytics and the ability to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. - Strong ability to set priorities, solve problems and be resourceful under pressure. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills that enable effective collaboration with diverse internal and external teams to gather information and align messaging. - Proven command of editorial, grammatical, writing skills and techniques, and a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines - Keen attention to detail; critical thinking skills; flexibility; strong organizational skills enabling effective oversight of multiple initiatives; and a desire to learn and grow. - Strong aptitude in organizing and presenting complex information in a manner that is appropriate for and useful to the target audience. - Proficiency in developing messages and other written communications for multiple stakeholders. - Strong organizational skills, ability to lead and develop team and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Experience with digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and SEM. - Experience planning and executing large-scale events, with a focus on logistics, budget management, and stakeholder coordination. - Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, Sitecore, D365, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and ability to learn new programs quickly.
