What you will enjoy doing*- You will assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules, including tracking progress updates and supporting critical path analysis
- Support baseline vs. update comparisons and help identify schedule variances
- Also you will assist with preparation of weekly and monthly project performance reports
- Support cost tracking activities, including expense monitoring and data consolidation
- Assist in maintaining and tracking mitigation actions
- Help prepare dashboards, graphs, and visual summaries for management reporting
- Collaborate with Commissioning, Construction, and Project Controls team members to ensure alignment on key milestones
- Lastly you will support coordination and communication between project stakeholders by preparing meeting summaries and tracking action items
What makes you great- You will currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- Basic understanding of project management principles
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- You will understand basics in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
