What you will enjoy doing*

• You will assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules, including tracking progress updates and supporting critical path analysis
• Support baseline vs. update comparisons and help identify schedule variances
• Also you will assist with preparation of weekly and monthly project performance reports
• Support cost tracking activities, including expense monitoring and data consolidation
• Assist in maintaining and tracking mitigation actions
• Help prepare dashboards, graphs, and visual summaries for management reporting
• Collaborate with Commissioning, Construction, and Project Controls team members to ensure alignment on key milestones
• Lastly you will support coordination and communication between project stakeholders by preparing meeting summaries and tracking action items

What makes you great

• You will currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• Basic understanding of project management principles
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• You will understand basics in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
