What you will enjoy doing*

  • You will oversee all activities related to accounting, internal financial controls and external audit for the company, its subsidiaries and divisions, ensuring the effectiveness and adequacy of accounting and control systems
  • You will ensure the timely and accurate preparation, review and analysis of the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for statutory and management reporting - for the company, its subsidiaries and divisions
  • Moreover, you will be responsible for the coordination of SOX compliance and audits throughout the organization, and coordination of external financial audits as well as the financial parts of company's internal audits
  • Serve as a key financial advisor to the Executive Leadership Team and senior management, providing analysis that drives decision-making
  • You will lead the company's financial planning and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with corporate and global requirements
  • Create and maintains relationships with key stakeholders within the company in order to identify and evaluate root causes of performance challenges as well as opportunities for improvement in the operating and financial results
  • In addition, you will ensure appropriate cash flow reporting and management, and secures the company's financing in alignment with corporate/ global functions
  • Coordinate with Corporate Tax and external advisors to ensure tax compliance and optimal tax planning
  • Additionally, you will lead compliance for sales & use tax, property tax, excise tax, and other indirect tax obligations, ensuring accurate accounting, timely submission of returns, and effective audit management
  • Lead initiatives to streamline close processes, reporting cadence, and workflow automation

What makes you great

  • You have CPA or CMA preferred
  • You have a bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. Master's degree is a plus
  • Moreover, you have minimum10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience - in a medium tolarge size company
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications with focus on Excel: SAP skills is a plus
  • Strong accounting skills and good understanding of budgeting and planning techniques
  • Additionally, you have ability to understand overall business operations, perform analytical reviews and think strategically
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team and on all levels within the company
  • Proven track record of leading process improvements and modernizing financial workflows
  • Demonstrated ability to simplify complex financial topics and communicate with senior leaders
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to draw insights and challenge assumptions
