We are seeking an experienced, strategic Vice President of Growth Marketing to lead the development and execution of demand generation strategies that drive awareness, demand, and sustained growth for Korn Ferry's Digital Product Portfolio. This role presents an incredible opportunity for a leader & builder to help KF Digital double the business over the next 3 years.

This role requires a creative problem-solver and analytical leader with the ability to find and capitalize on growth opportunities. This role requires a scrappy, entrepreneurial spirit and a leader who can be hands on - driving strategy, influencing stakeholders and leading a small, multidisciplinary team while personally executing key initiatives. This role reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer within the Digital Product organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of developing and executing global campaign strategies that drive double-digit YoY growth. To succeed, you will be adept at collaborating and influencing cross-functional teams across a matrixed organization to prioritize and integrate Digital Products into broader brand and business objectives, overcoming limited resources and competing demands. This role will also oversee & drive the creation of a successful marketing operations function to support the vision for growth marketing at scale

This role will be key in creating and implementing demand generation strategies that promote and build pipeline for our Digital Products while maintaining alignment with corporate marketing initiatives and delivering a seamless customer journey. A strong understanding of B2B enterprise marketing and HR solutions is required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadership & Collaboration:
  • Hire, lead, and coach a multidisciplinary team, including campaign managers, content marketing, and marketing operations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Define overarching marketing strategy and key performance indicators (KPIs) that meets revenue targets and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across a matrixed organization, ensuring successful prioritization and on-time execution of Digital Product campaigns.
  • Partner with corporate marketing to prioritize and integrate Digital Products into broader brand and portfolio campaigns with aligned messaging and goals.
  • Build relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support and scale marketing initiatives.
Campaign development & execution:
  • Lead the execution of integrated demand generation campaigns, driving high-quality leads and maximizing ROI through data-driven targeting and continuous optimization.
  • Lead the development of campaign messaging, content, and creative assets to support multi-channel customer journeys.
  • Create a traffic strategy (owned, earned, paid) that aligns with audience targeting and drives campaign objectives.
  • Prioritize and oversee campaign localization, ensuring alignment with business objectives while addressing market-specific needs.
  • Manage 7-figure demand generation budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI across campaigns.
Performance measurement & optimization:
  • Develop and implement workback forecasting models to define realistic marketing goals and budgets, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, assets, and actions for scalable efficiency.
  • Regularly analyze campaign performance to optimize touchpoints and conversion funnels to improve performance and accelerate pipeline velocity.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
  • 10+ years of progressive demand generation or growth marketing experience with 5+ years managing high-performing marketing teams
  • Proven ability to drive the go-to-market strategy for software solutions with untapped potential within established markets for YoY growth
  • 3+ years of experience managing localized marketing campaigns that effectively resonate with diverse audiences in international markets
  • Data-driven mindset with a track record of using metrics to drive strategies and decisions
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence and work effectively in a diverse and matrixed organization to gain support, foster innovation, and drive execution
  • Strong project management skills, experience with campaign planning cycles, and managing large budgets.
  • Can skillfully and succinctly communicate marketing strategies, performance, and trade-offs to all levels of the organization
EDUCATION
  • Bachelor's degree in related field highly preferred.
