Job description

The Role

The Sr Consultant - PRO Pricing role is an integral part of the Korn Ferry Talent Transformation team. The role is responsible for supporting the sales strategy with complex RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) solution data analysis and pricing structures.

This role requires a solid financial modeling background, advanced Excel abilities, problem solving skills, keen attention to detail, an ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguous situations and evolving requirements without compromising accuracy
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement complex RPO solution data analysis and pricing structures.
  • Commercial Pricing: Handle commercial pricing for new RPO clients, ensuring competitive and viable pricing solutions.
  • Financial Modeling: Utilize solid financial modeling skills to create accurate and effective pricing models.
  • Advanced Excel Abilities: Perform extensive work in Excel, including creating and maintaining pricing workbooks.
  • Problem Solving: Apply strong problem-solving skills to address ambiguous situations and evolving requirements without compromising accuracy.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure precision in all aspects of data analysis and pricing structures.
  • Complex Analysis: Work with complex deals, analyzing large sets of client data, identifying missing components, and resolving ambiguities.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Determine the appropriateness of proposed solutions based on thorough data analysis.
  • Solution Design Collaboration: Collaborate with the solution design team to ensure pricing structures align with overall solution strategies.
Required Skills
  • Previous commercial pricing experience in large RPO or MPS environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in finance, commercial modeling, reporting & analytics in recruitment operations
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL
  • Strong financial and business acumen to drive commercial success
  • Proficiency in managing and analyzing large datasets to extract meaningful insights for decision-making
  • Experience in applying key financial performance indicators (KIPs) to analyses
  • Excellent attention to qualitative and quantitative detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Critical thinker, problem solver who focuses on continuous improvement, can work in an ambiguous environment and stay calm under pressure
  • Proven experience in financial analysis and pricing strategy, preferably in RPO or related industries.
  • Some professional qualifications in finance, business, or accounting
  • Confident stakeholder management capabilities
