The
Senior Director Workday & SuccessFactors Integration & Packaged Solutions will be responsible for overseeing the integration of SuccessFactors and Workday systems, developing comprehensive packaged solutions for each eco systems' marketplace stores, and ensuring seamless functionality within our clients' HR ecosystems. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background and a proven track record in managing complex integrations.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead the integration of SuccessFactors and Workday systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
- Develop and implement packaged solutions within the SuccessFactors and Workday ecosystems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the integration team.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Contributes key input to agile sprint cycles and quality reviews. Participate in daily project scrum meetings and provide daily personal status report.
- Originates and maintains solution documentation, creating user documentation for completed solutions, and assists with technical documentation.
- Supports solution architects in problem analysis and solution design, advising teams on appropriate Azure or other cloud service selection.
- Performs codebase maintenance and quality checks.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in HR technology.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in software integrations, including at least 6 years in SuccessFactors and Workday related integrations.
- Proven development experience in SuccessFactors and Workday ecosystems.
- Strong aptitude and attitude towards learning and problem-solving.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and be a team player.
EDUCATION- Bachelor's degree required
