Job description

As the Field Marketing Leader for North America, you'll spearhead the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact marketing initiatives to drive lead generation and pipeline growth. This pivotal role reports directly to the VP of Marketing for Korn Ferry's digital products. You'll play a central role in fostering collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and partner engagements.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive field marketing strategies to generate leads and drive pipeline growth in North America.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and alignment of marketing initiatives, development of campaign materials, etc.
  • Drive and oversee the planning and execution of impactful online and in-person events, campaigns, and programs tailored to diverse buyer and product segments.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of field marketing activities, leveraging insights to optimize future strategies and investments.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared goals across departments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product management and marketing) on creation, messaging, content development, design and logistics in relation to events and regional campaigns.
  • Exhibit high working standards when managing a budget and while organizing integrated marketing activities in the regions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in Field Marketing and events with enterprise SaaS experience, HCM or other directly related experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing field marketing strategies that drive lead generation and pipeline growth.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing alignment, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
