The Digital Intern will collaborate with the KF Digital team on a variety of projects that contribute to the development and enhancement of Digital products. This 10-week summer internship runs from June 9th to August 15th and is based in Boston, MA. The selected candidate will follow a hybrid work schedule, working 40 hours per week with three days in the office and two days remote.
During your time with us, you'll receive extensive support, guidance, and hands-on training to enhance your skills and professional growth. This internship is designed to help you develop essential business and interpersonal skills while providing valuable opportunities to expand your professional network.
At Korn Ferry, you'll gain insights into your strengths and interests, which can help shape your future career path. Many of our interns' transition into our New Grad Program after graduation, and we hope they continue to grow with us as they advance in their careers.
The Korn Ferry Global Internship Program is available to students graduating in Spring 2026 from an accredited academic institution with a GPA of 3.2 or higher.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Explore potential solutions leveraging modern AI tools to enhance Korn Ferry's existing business products and develop proof of concepts.
- Identify potential new business solutions within Korn Ferry's digital product lines and implement Proof of Concepts.
- Implement workflows using BPM tools.
- Implement data preprocessing functions in Korn Ferry ETL pipelines.
- Assist in the design, development, and deployment of microservices and AI technologies.
- Work with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to deploy and manage microservices.
- Document technical specifications and processes.
QUALIFICATIONS Proficiency
- Any combination of the following languages: NodeJS, Python, Java, .net #, R, JavaScript, TypeScript.
- Cloud services: AWS.
- Databases: RDMBS/SQL, NoSQL databases.
- ML Frameworks: MLFlow, PyTorch, TensorFlow etc.
- Productivity tools: MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Ability to successfully manage academics with extracurricular activities.
- Naturally curious, with a strong aptitude for analytical thinking and problem-solving to develop innovative solutions.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
EDUCATION- Students graduating in Spring 2026 with a GPA of 3.2 or higher are eligible to apply for our internship program, with a strong preference for those pursuing a degree in Computer Science.

20 USD
Salary range represents the compensation Korn Ferry expects to pay to a candidate with the requirements for the job posted. Korn Ferry offers competitive compensation and benefits commensurate with experience.
