As a Consulting summer intern with Korn Ferry, you will have the opportunity to learn about our company, our capabilities and solutions. You will gain first-hand experience of working on client projects as part of a team, and you will get to learn from solution and industry experts throughout the program through on-the job and structured learning sessions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Practice enablement such as knowledge management, case study standardization, toolkit development support, etc.
  • Desktop research in support of client needs; project management tasks; drafting simple client deliverables.
  • Assist in building a proprietary database to deployed in business development support.
  • Deliver a combination of client work and research support, which may include one of the following areas:
    • Pay Equity and Benefits engagement support.
    • Healthcare Total Rewards database updates and reporting support.
    • CEO Succession Mapping data support and outreach prioritization.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
  • Pursuing an Undergraduate or Master's degree in one of the following majors:
  • Track record of successfully managing strong academics with extracurricular activities.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint with the ability to learn new systems.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

EDUCATION
  • Students graduating in Spring 2026 with a GPA of 3.2 or higher are eligible to apply for our internship program.
