We are seeking an experienced technical writer to create technical documents and guides for regulators and clients in support of our cross-functional AI Governance program. This role is for you if you are excited about diving deep into AI concepts and technologies and explaining complex information in an understandable and concise manner.

You will drive regulator- and client-facing documentation by creating, editing, and managing high-quality technical documentation for our AI products and solutions. You will work closely with product management, developers, engineers, legal, and compliance to understand the functionality of our AI systems and translate complex concepts into user-friendly content. You will play a crucial role in helping to meet AI regulatory requirements and driving customer-facing communications. Our ideal candidate has a solid technical background, preferably in AI or Machine Learning, and has strong writing skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Produce high-quality, accurate documentation that meets applicable regulatory requirements and standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
  • Draft and publish clear and concise client-facing collateral
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to obtain an in-depth understanding of the AI products and its features
  • Create tutorials and guides to help users understand the functionalities of our AI products
  • Develop content for product and service documentation
  • Edit, clarify, and proofread documents written by others
  • Manage updates and revisions to technical literature
  • Create a glossary of technical terms related to our AI products and maintain consistency in content
  • Create visual diagrams to better illustrate complex concepts
  • Operate as a liaison between development teams and the AI Governance team
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3 or more years of proven success interpreting and translating technical concepts related to AI into user-friendly language for non-technical audiences, including regulators and clients
  • Background in machine learning or artificial intelligence
  • Ability to understand and explain complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Experience with documentation tools and software
  • Knowledge of AI and Machine Learning concepts
  • Excellent written skills in English
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective communication with colleagues, management, and clients
  • Independent thinker with integrity and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a member of a small team
  • Success at prioritizing and handling multiple projects and managing tight deadlines
  • Superb organization and prioritization skills
  • Strong desire to tackle complex problems with creative solutions
EDUCATION
  • BA/BS degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent certification or work experience
