Your Job

Koch is seeking a Senior International Tax Analyst to join our growing tax team. Our corporate Tax department has teams who provide dedicated support and partnership to the major operating companies within Koch. This role will support INFOR - a global leader in cloud-based, industry specific ERP software!

This role can be based out of our Dallas, TX or Atlanta, GA office and requires four days in-office per week. Team members based in GA will have the option of working one of the four in-office days from the INFOR office in Alpharetta, GA.

What You Will Do

• Review and prepare U.S. informational returns for U.S. Multinational entities (5471, 8858, 8865) to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with domestic and foreign tax law

• Calculate and review U.S. Federal international calculations and workpapers, including GILTI, SubPart F, and Foreign tax credits

• Perform tax technical research including analysis of Federal tax laws

• Support business initiatives from a tax lens, including mergers and acquisitions, withholding tax analysis and reporting, and tax incentives analysis

• Track tax positions and their potential impacts on the company's effective tax rate

• Build relationships with local foreign tax teams to be a preferred partner with global INFOR finance

• Support company positions in tax audits and participate in multinational tax planning projects

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Progressive career experience in U.S. Federal international taxation

• Experience prioritizing multiple projects, communicating results and driving initiatives forward

What Will Put You Ahead

• Bachelor's degree or higher

• Previous CPA firm or multi-national corporation experience

• Knowledge of a broad range of international corporate tax matters such as foreign tax credits, dual consolidated losses, Subpart F, look-thru, GILTI, BEAT and understanding of US international tax attributes
