Your Job

Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) is seeking a Supervisor, PTP to join our Leveraged Capability. This position will oversee daily operations, implement best practices, and mentor team members to ensure seamless invoices processing. This role requires a proactive leader with excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to fostering a collaborative team environment.

Our Team

The KES Leveraged Capability team has responsibility for Purchase to Pay activity for the KES business group. The team works closely with various departments to provide insights and support strategic initiatives aligned with the company's vision and goals.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and mentor a team of PTP employees, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Oversee daily operations and develop and implement best practices to enhance team performance.
  • Execute on strategies to optimize capability, resolve issues, disputes and reconciliations; escalating accordingly to ensure awareness
  • Identify and develop recommendations, drive waste elimination through transformation opportunities that will provide value within the organization.
  • Seek and share knowledge, communicate effectively, and build partnerships cross-functionally within KES and externally to provide optimal solutions.
  • Be a teammate. We are a global team of likeminded contribution driven individuals
  • Identify trends and areas for improvement; implement frameworks and procedures to ensure efficient and timely collections.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices, establish and uphold effective internal controls, frameworks, and procedures.


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Applicable advanced accounting or accounts payable (PTP) experience
  • Ability to build and maintain partner-based relationships to effectively bridge gaps and solve problems within the organization.
  • Must be action oriented and possess excellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities meeting tight deadlines.
  • Experience learning new systems, technology, and improving processes; you will be an early adopter and advocate for transformation.


What Will Put You Ahead

  • Prior leadership experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office experience utilizing Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or other data visualization software/ tools
  • Experience working in an international organization with exposure to global tax requirements
