Senior Technology Lead

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated SeniorTechnology Lead with a strong technical background and a passion for leading and developing teams. This role serves as a critical bridge between technical contributors and senior leadership, ensuring the successful delivery of technology initiatives while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture

The Technology Project Lead will provide technical guidance, remove obstacles, and help teams solve complex business and technology challenges. In addition, they will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing project budgets, tracking timelines and deliverables, coordinating resources, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule and aligned with organizational goals.

Success in this role requires a combination of technical expertise, project leadership, stakeholder management, and strong communication skills to drive execution and deliver business value.

What You Will Do

People Management & Leadership

• Coach and Mentor: Hire, train, guide, and review the performance of technical staff.
• Facilitate Collaboration: Run effective 1-on-1 meetings, align team goals, and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
• Delegate Effectively: Assign responsibilities based on team strengths while maintaining accountability for results.

Technical Execution & Oversight

• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide the team toward practical, scalable solutions.
• Quality Control: Review technical outputs, code, or processes to ensure they match industry best practices.
• Process Improvement: Help design, update, and implement workflow procedures to boost productivity.
• Project Management: Plan, budget, and finish technical projects on time.
• System Maintenance: Keep tech systems, software, and networks secure and running well.
• Strategic Planning: Choose new technologies and improve existing systems.
• Cross-Department Work: Partner with other managers to align tech support with company needs.

Required Skills

• Technical Experience: 10-15 years of hands-on technical experience with 5+ years in a lead, mentor, and supervisory capacity.
• Technical Mastery: Strong working knowledge of relevant tools, systems, architectures, or programming concepts specific to your industry. Technical Expertise: Strong background in .Net and SQL Server.
• Communication: Clear verbal and written skills to brief non-technical stakeholders.
• Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, clear written/verbal communication, and active listening.
• Problem-Solving: Fast and effective decision-making during technical crises.
• Organizatio n: Ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, and budgets

What You Need

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Several years of hands-on technical work plus past leadership experience.
