Analyst.
This position is responsible for supporting Identity Access Management functionality to include tracking issues raised from systems, in-house developed scripts and users, communicating status on open issues, consulting with Subject Matter Experts to ensure problems are resolved, and management of the entire problem resolution lifecycle. Installing, developing, customizing, testing, and deploying SailPoint Identity IQ to ensure production readiness and information security compliance, while performing ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancements to support evolving business needs.
What You Will Do Specific duties include:
- Configure and maintain SailPoint Identity IQ, IQService, custom connectors, and integrations with enterprise and cloud applications.
- Develop and maintain Beanshell rules, Java and PowerShell scripts, and SQL queries to support provisioning, de-provisioning, and governance processes.
- Perform SailPoint patch upgrades, environment migrations, and system tuning to maintain stability and compliance.
- Design, configure, and test Disaster Recovery (DR) failover solutions for SailPoint environments.
- Implement and support lifecycle event workflows including joiner, mover, and leaver processes within SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Troubleshoot and resolve provisioning, synchronization, and identity governance issues by performing root cause analysis and implementing fixes.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, configuration runbooks, and operational procedures for SailPoint IdentityIQ environments.
- Providing expert recommendations for Identity Access Management projects and projects that may impact the cybersecurity posture for Kinder Morgan.
What You NeedRequirements: Position requires a Bachelor's degree (or an equivalent foreign degree) in Computer Science, Computing or a closely related field and 5 years of experience as an Information Security Engineer working with Identity Access Management. Must also have 3 years of experience (which can have been gained concurrently with the primary experience requirement above) working with the following:
- Design, develop, deploy, and test SailPoint Identity IQ solutions, including IQService configuration, patch upgrades, workflow customization, custom connector development, and application onboarding;
- Development of lifecycle event workflows including joiner, mover, and leaver processes, and integration with ticketing systems;
- Programming and scripting in Java, Beanshell, PowerShell, and writing SQL queries in Microsoft SQL Server;
- Integration of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, LDAP, and cloud-based applications with SailPoint for provisioning and governance including implementation of role-based access control (RBAC);
- Azure DevOps (ADO) and GitHub for project tracking, source control, branching, merging, and code reviews;
- Implementation of identity governance controls, including access certifications and SOX compliance standards; and
- Configuration of SailPoint rules, correlation logic, and email templates to support enterprise identity workflows and business requirements.
Position requires off-hours work on an emergency basis on average for 10 days each month.
This is a hybrid position working 3 days at the office in Houston, Texas and 2 days from home office.
