Job Summary:

Support our Talent Acquisition and Human Resources teams. This role will assist with sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, maintaining applicant records, and providing technical support for HR systems and recruitment tools. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless recruitment and onboarding process while also troubleshooting system issues and optimizing technology solutions for the team.

Recruitment Support:
  • Assist recruiters with job postings on job boards, company websites, and social media platforms.
  • Utilize social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) and recruiting tools (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) to identify potential candidates.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
  • Engage with prospective candidates through direct messaging, networking, and outreach campaigns.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach via phone or email.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases.
  • Assist in coordinating recruitment events, career fairs, and networking opportunities.
  • Run reports and analyze data to identify trends and insights that enhance recruiting efforts and improve employee retention strategies.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company and providing necessary resources and support.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR and recruiting teams.

Technical Support:
  • Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting technical issues related to applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR software, and other recruitment tools.
  • Assist with system configurations, user setup, and permissions management.
  • Generate and analyze recruitment reports and dashboards to track key hiring metrics.
  • Support the integration of new HR technologies and process automation tools.
  • Provide training and guidance to HR and recruiting team members on system usage and best practices.
  • Collaborate with IT to resolve complex technical issues and implement software updates.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance in all HR and recruitment-related systems.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Previous experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative support is a plus.
  • Technical proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to HR and recruiting technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with data analytics tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
