Join our Business Solutions Team (BeST) where you will work with people with different abilities and provide a proven track record in managing operations and leading teams.

As a Transaction Supervisor within JP Morgan Chase, you will lead, manage, and support the Business Solutions Team (BeST) operation. The Business Solutions Team (BeST), under the Office of Disability and Inclusion, is committed to expanding JPMC's workforce talent pool by creating and championing a neurodiverse workforce with a focus on the intellectually and developmentally disabled (IDD) population, to help build a stronger, more inclusive JPMC.

You will support the continued development of the operation as the vanguard for the firm wide expansion; and compel the programs objectives through positive influence, executive presence, and a vested interest in our mission.

Job responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations, quality and timeliness of work
  • Develop, coach and support of employees and maintaining a strong team morale
  • Collaborate with internal business leaders to further refine processes and deliverables for a neurodiverse work force
  • Define and develop reporting metrics to measure progress
  • Develop procedures and job aides to facilitate the work
  • Communicate effectively with senior management via multiple channels

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Leadership through patient coaching, mentoring, and an understanding of different abilities and learning styles and respects everyone's unique voice and differences
  • Familiar and actively seeking out opportunities to recruit, hire, retain and advance the careers of people with disabilities
  • Ability to influence peers and senior team leaders necessary to accomplish goals
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple operational job deliverables simultaneously
  • Ability to anticipate needs and/or problems that might arise and leverage creative problem solving to resolve and know when to escalate
  • Financial Services Operational experience including process design and procedural documentation and capacity and gearing modeling
  • Experience in building sound control and regulatory compliance environment Driven, enthusiastic and positive \"can-do\" attitude

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Bachelors' degree and/or 3+ years of relevant work experience (Training, Operations Management, Social Work experience) in a Leadership role
  • Understanding of and/or experience in managing an inclusive/diverse work force
  • Applied understanding of operations fundamentals to include coaching, process design, supply chain, quality control, metrics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
