As a Transactions Specialist IV within the Shipping and Receiving Department, you will lead and coordinate workflow to consistently meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will assign tasks, delegate responsibilities, and actively participate in cross-training initiatives within the Warehouse and Dispatch areas. Collaborating with peers, you will ensure adequate coverage across all operational spaces, fostering a cohesive and efficient work environment. Your strong leadership skills, effective communication, and ability to manage multiple priorities will support the department's goals and objectives.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate workflow to ensure SLAs are consistently met.
  • Assign tasks to team members and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Maintain and ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed.
  • Coordinate training and cross-training of staff.
  • Audit and update inventory, reconcile volumes, and correct errors.
  • Monitor and respond to email communications promptly.
  • Perform requisition pulls and manual pulls, stock production floors, and staging areas.
  • Receive shipments into inventory, load and unload trucks, and update inventory systems.
  • Monitor internal file tracking system and prioritize jobs based on SLA.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment and perform minor equipment maintenance.
  • Operate electric-powered industrial lift trucks and prepare pallets for shipment.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Alpha/numeric data entry and typing skills with excellent accuracy.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and safely operate electric-powered industrial lift trucks.
  • Comfortable with cross-training within multiple departments.
  • Ability to stand, bend, and carry heavy materials for extended periods.

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 2: 00 pm to 10: 30 pm. Candidates must be willing and able to work schedules during our operating hours. We are a 24/7 operation, and you must be willing to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
