As a Documentation Specialist in the Structured Investments Legal Group, you will assist with the preparation and management of legal documentation for the firm's high-volume structured products deal flow. You will learn the foundational issuance programs, gain expertise in capital markets and complex products, and provide critical support to the Structured Investments sales and trading teams. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of securities transactions, collaborate with multiple departments, and develop your skills in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.

Job responsibilities: - Prepare, review, and manage legal documentation for structured products linked to equity, credit, rates, commodities, and currency exchange rates.
- Identify and utilize suitable precedent documents for launching, pricing, and settling securities transactions.
- Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks related to tracking and analyzing structured product offerings.
- Learn and apply various technologies and platforms for documenting and recording trade details and product information.
- Collaborate extensively with Business and Legal, Tax, Middle Office, Sales/Trading, Operations, and outside counsel.
- Differentiate quickly between features of a wide variety of structured products.
- Develop a thorough understanding of JPM securities and certificate of deposit offerings.
- Support the Structured Investments sales and trading teams with documentation needs.
- Manage a large volume of transactions under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Display initiative and motivation in interactions with peers, marketers, traders, and stakeholders.
- Work both independently and as part of a team to address routine and novel business issues.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: - Minimum two years of experience in legal documentation at a law firm or investment bank.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
