DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Write code and unit test code to implement the business requirements by following the architecture and design developed. Integrate and use tools to measure test coverage to ensure that 100% of the code that is written is testable using the test cases written. Document the developed modules and create other project related artifacts such as quality metrics, test coverage metrics, performance testing and demos/showcases to relevant stakeholders. Deploy and support software in a production environment. Identify the root cause of reported problems, update code to fix the problems, add adequate test cases to the test suite to cover the failure scenarios, and make patch release to the production environment. Provide mentorship and conduct knowledge sharing and training for new team members to ensure they become productive as soon as possible and start contributing to the project effectively. Attend domain and technology trainings to keep abreast of the latest in technology and travel domain to help improve the existing products.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, Software Developer, or related occupation.

Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Angular; .Net; #; HTML; CSS; JavaScript; TypeScript; Bootstrap; Lit; Lerna; NodeJS; SQL; REST; JSON; XML; SOAP; AWS Cloud Services; Unit Testing; Automation Testing; Visual Studio; VS Code; Git; Jenkins; Agile SDLC; Application Architecture Disciplines; Microservices; Windows and Linux operating systems.

Job Location: 8181 Communications Pkwy, Plano, TX 75024. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.
