We are looking for a motivated AI Product Manager to join our Conversational AI team within the Consumer & Community Bank's Digital Products Organization. This role will support the Chase Digital Assistance (CDA) product area, which includes the Digital Assistant, Natural Language Search (NLS), and Elastic Search (ES) teams. Our mission is to create engaging and sophisticated natural language experiences that provide convenient, frictionless consumer financial services across mobile apps, chase.com, and various platforms and channels.

As an AI Product Manager in our Conversational AI team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will lead a cross-functional team of linguistic engineers and product managers, designers and software developers to create a cohesive customer experience that addresses a diverse array of consumer product offerings..

Job responsibilities

  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Strong communication and presentation skills at the executive level
  • Machine Learning Knowledge
  • Cross-functional collaboration with strategic partners (design, engineering, etc.)


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • Knowledge of machine model training, evaluation and iteration process
  • Experience with conversational AI design or chatbots
  • Ability to communicate clearly at different altitudes, including driving alignment with senior stakeholders
  • An affinity for the fast-paced, changing environment of a start-up, a sense of humor and get-it-done personality
