As a transformational digital product leader, you will lead our Content Management Platform Services within Global Banking, navigating the intersection of product innovation, enterprise architecture, regulatory compliance, and AI-enabled content intelligence. You possess deep cross-functional fluency in modern content platforms, mastery in integrating Marketing and Sales Enablement ecosystems, and operational excellence to drive a global, multi-tenant content strategy across business lines and channels. You will architect a modular, metadata-driven content supply chain optimized for reuse, performance, and governance, while orchestrating search, discovery, and personalization at scale using next-generation AI technologies. This platform-centric role requires your vision, engineering-level understanding, and deep B2B context to enable enterprise product leadership.
Job Responsibilities Strategic & Platform Leadership
- Architect and own the enterprise-wide content management product strategy, encompassing CMS, DAM, content delivery APIs, search layers, and governance frameworks.
- Develop and socialize a global content supply chain operating model, integrating upstream planning and downstream channel orchestration and compliance-led archival/reporting.
- Lead a multi-year transformation agenda integrating Adobe Experience Manager (or equivalent), headless personalization engines, DAMs, metadata registries, knowledge graphs, and advanced orchestration services.
- Envision and deliver AI-augmented content findability and reuse solutions, incorporating semantic search, NLP-driven tagging, generative content briefing, and automated policy compliance checks.
Integration Leadership - Marketing and Sales Enablement
- Define and execute an integration blueprint that connects disparate ecosystems including Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce (Marketing Cloud, CRM, and Enablement tools), Seismic, and consent management platforms.
- Rationalize and consolidate platform capabilities across internal silos to enable full-funnel visibility and traceability of content performance.
Governance & Risk Management
- Implement enterprise content taxonomies, content quality scorecards, and traceability logs to comply with global regulatory and audit requirements.
- Establish governance frameworks for templated vs. custom-made content, automated expiration workflows, legal holds, and audit trail requirements across business.
- Lead cross-functional compliance, legal, and security reviews to ensure platform-level policy adherence and integration with enterprise risk systems.
Experience Enablement
- Enable omnichannel content targeting and personalization at scale through robust segmentation logic, offer catalogs, experimentation tools, and feedback loops.
- Collaborate with UX design, accessibility teams, and performance engineering to ensure highly performant, WCAG-compliant experiences across all devices and client segments.
Required Qualifications, Capabilites and Skills- 8+ years of experience in enterprise digital product management, with deep specialization in content platform architecture, MarTech ecosystems, and compliance-heavy industries.
- Demonstrated leadership of global, federated content platforms serving both external clients and internal stakeholders, across multi-brand, multi-region, multi-language environments.
- Expert-level understanding of metadata modeling, modular content design, headless CMS architecture, and governance-driven workflows.
- Hands-on experience with advanced AI/ML search and recommendation systems (e.g., Elasticsearch).
- Proven experience leading complex platform migrations, multi-system orchestration (iPaaS, APIs, event-driven architectures), and Agile-at-scale delivery models.
