As a Payments Product Finance, Vice President within the Commercial Bank Payments Solutions finance team, you will play a crucial role in providing reporting, analytics, and insights to Commercial Bank Payments Solutions leads and various Commercial Bank and Payments stakeholders. Your responsibilities will encompass the complete execution of their objectives, performance tracking, data analytics, executive-level communications, and project management. Job responsibilities
  • Support of investment governance monthly cadence: provides Planning & Analysis support on allocations as input to monthly Investment Governance forums
  • Establish monthly reporting: reconciliation of allocated investments with service providers, ensuring Investment Proposal accuracy across various reporting views and helping to maintain the new framework categories
  • Drive budget cycle: reconciliation of allocated investments with service providers through budget rounds while maintaining managed, utility and indirect allocated views
  • Act as the point of contact for all investment related inquiries and Planning & Analysis interface to other lines of business, ensuring implementation of allocation agreements and exceptions
  • Own benefit realization reporting in close partnership with team leveraging business cases
  • Develop and track performance metrics, create presentations, and generally provide financial analysis on a variety of topics to senior management
  • Perform variance analysis to understand the key drivers of the results and present commentary to Financial Planning & Analysis managers and line of business Chief Financial Officers explaining changes from prior forecasts/budgets
  • Help design new reports and dashboards to efficiently deliver the financial results to senior management and enhance controls and streamline processes, introducing automation where possible

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • BA/BS degree in Accounting, Economics, or Corporate Finance
  • 7+ years of work experience
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in corporate financial analytics / understanding of key drivers
  • Exceptional problem solving and project management skills with a proven track record of execution against deliverables; strategic thinker
  • Strong technical and analytical skills with ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions concisely

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Work experience in financial services and/or accounting background
  • Essbase experience
