Description:

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and run assigned budgeting processes end-to-end
  • Create and analyze business cases, P& L reports, and variance analysis
  • Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to business analysis
  • Leverage Alteryx, SQL, and Excel to organize and analyze large data sets
  • Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next steps
  • Project manage and deliver key work streams and tasks
  • Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
  • Proven experience delivering timely analysis with an attention to detail required
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
  • Self-motivated, tenacious, and able to work with high degree of independence

Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
  • Strong Excel skills required and basic SQL programming knowledge preferred
  • Prior experience in Finance, Controllership, or Planning & Analysis role preferred
