Description:

Join our dynamic Loyalty Engagement Team, where you'll play a pivotal role in crafting, executing, and overseeing a variety of marketing programs and campaigns. Our focus is on Engagement Marketing, supporting Business Banking customers across the customer lifecycle and through multiple channels.

As the Campaign Deliver Manager and Spanish Lead on the Business Banking Marketing team, you will execute digital, email, social, direct mail and video campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategies and timelines. In addition you will serve as the in-house Spanish marketing expert, providing input on Spanish materials across the team. You will also partner with marketing managers to identify opportunities, streamline processes, and develop campaign strategies, including measurement and reporting frameworks.

Job responsibilities
  • Collaborate with strategic partners to design and implement marketing engagement campaigns.
  • Partner with internal and external creative agencies to assist in developing creative assets tailored to each campaign.
  • Maintain a robust control environment, acting as a second set of eyes to ensure the quality and accuracy of final creative outputs and other executional elements
  • Prioritize end-to-end customer experience, ensuring exceptional service and flawless execution of all campaign details.
  • Oversee multi-channel execution from concept to delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product and Marketing Strategy teams, Segment and branch partners, Creative development and execution teams and Legal and Compliance teams for marketing content approval
  • Support the greater team as a second pair of eyes on Spanish marketing materials to ensure accuracy across content for Spanish speaking customers.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in fast paced working environment.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while being hands-on with marketing project execution details.
  • High-energy individual capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, working effectively under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Strong relationship development and negotiation skills, earning respect and trust among internal and external partners and team members.
  • Positive, can-do attitude, comfortable with continuously evolving opportunities and priorities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Candidate must be proficient in Spanish

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Financial Services experience preferred but not required.

Note: This role requires five days in the office (Mon-Fri) and will not support Hybrid options.
