Job Summary: As a Loan Origination Manager within the Documentation and Closing group, you will be part of a team that supports the Community Development Banking line of business, focusing on construction, term loans and more. You will have the opportunity to work on various department projects, enhancing your skills and contributing to the team's success. Your expertise in commercial loan documentation and risk management will be key to your success in this position.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage a pipeline of real estate secured construction, term loans and investment products.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, bankers, and attorneys.
  • Review and enter data accurately.
  • Collaborate with internal and external clients, legal counsel, and third parties.
  • Ensure compliance with loan documentation and entity structures.
  • Maintain a loan closing database.
  • Work on multi-platform technology systems.
  • Participate in department projects as needed.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Adapt to a changing business environment.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Proficiency in commercial loan documentation and entity structures.
  • Experience with Bonds and Letters of Credit.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience in diplomacy with customers, bankers, and attorneys.
  • Ability to prepare and complete commercial loan booking requests.
  • Proficiency in Business Applications and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to present complex topics clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to work effectively across departments.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Experience in a similar role within a financial institution.
  • Knowledge of real estate banking processes.
  • Strong analytical and risk detection skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience with loan closing databases.

Additional Information: This position is subject to Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act. As such, an employment offer for this position is contingent on JPMorgan Chase's review of criminal conviction history, including pretrial diversions or program entries.
