Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced learning professional to devise, lead, and execute our learning strategy for specific functional groups within Commercial & Investment Banking (CIB) Digital & Platform Services (DPS) Operations. Our strategy emphasizes a learning culture that fosters employee engagement. Operating in an Agile development environment, we focus on continuous improvement, rapid iterations, data-driven decisions, and collaboration across the franchise. You will report to the Head of Wholesale Operations Learning and work closely with business leadership and Human Resources partners.

As a Learning Lead III within Commercial and Investment Banking (CIB) Digital Platform Services (DPS) Operations, you will embark on a multi-year journey to transform how we develop and deliver learning to our employees. You will collaborate with senior business leaders to identify and address strategic learning needs, aligning them with organizational goals. You will also lead the strategic planning and creation of the learning roadmap for specific learning domains, design and implement innovative learning strategies, and oversee the management and curation of learning content. This role provides an opportunity to foster a culture of continuous learning and a growth mindset, emphasizing skill progression across the organization.

Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior business leaders to identify and address strategic learning needs, aligning them with organizational goals for an 8000+ member, globally dispersed organization.
  • Lead the strategic planning and creation of the learning roadmap for specific learning domains (like: Intelligent Solutions), in partnership with the Firmwide teams & business SMEs
  • Design and implement innovative learning strategies that enhance business performance and outcomes, fostering a culture of continuous development and growth.
  • Oversee the management and curation of learning content, ensuring the development and maintenance of evergreen learning assets. Utilize dashboards to track and analyze the effectiveness of learning programs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute the Line of Business (LOB) learning strategy, focusing on aligning training initiatives with measurable business outcomes, including technical/functional training and transformation projects.
  • Partner with senior leaders to identify learning gaps and prioritize solutions for new-hire orientation, continuing education, and manager development.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and a growth mindset, emphasizing skill progression across the organization.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of best-in-class training programs by leveraging subject matter experts (SMEs) within the business, providing ongoing coaching and development to drive continuous improvement.
  • Measure outcomes and evaluate the business impact of learning solutions, iterating to improve and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Deliver ongoing updates to senior leaders, focusing on strategic outcomes and ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements related to learning and development.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Extensive experience in Human Resources/Learning Development space.
  • Creative visionary with a passion for learning and professional development with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and concepts.
  • Proven presentation and communication skills at all levels of the organization including the ability to quickly gain credibility with senior level management; proven influencing skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and build strategic relationships, in a highly matrixed organization at all levels.
  • Experience with agile ways of working and the ability to promote an agile mindset.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and learning technologies.
  • Role may require domestic travel.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience in Financial Services and/or Consulting space.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • A Master's degree.
