Lead the forefront of innovative solutions analysis in a dynamic tech environment, driving success through expertise in data analytics and technical program delivery.

As a Lead Solutions Analyst in Enterprise Technology - Wholesale Credit Risk Technology team, you will play a central role in driving the success of our technical program delivery. Your deep understanding of applications, platforms, and products will position you as a key bridge between product owners, business, operations, and software developers. Utilizing advanced analytical reasoning and technical fluency, you will translate complex business requirements into well-structured and technically feasible solutions. You will make data-informed decisions and provide strategic insights to support key business initiatives. As a technical subject matter expert, you'll navigate ambiguity, manage change effectively, and communicate compellingly with diverse stakeholder audiences to ensure the highest quality and professionalism in service delivery.

Job responsibilities
  • Lead the elicitation, documentation, and validation of business and data flow requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and technical feasibility
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to provide strategic guidance and innovative solutions for complex projects
  • Gain advanced knowledge in business processes and data analysis, as well as the ability to construct complex data queries and collaborate with colleagues, developing solutions
  • Model the design and implementation of technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure
  • Facilitate the liaison between lines of business and development teams, translating strategic goals into technology solutions, and vice versa
  • Understand project management skills, which include scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning
  • Comprehend business needs, including how data is used and managed, with functional design
  • Collaborate with teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals, along perform a deep dive analysis of the existing systems capabilities
  • Understand how to build documentation of requirements, ideally with Spec by Example documents when appropriate.
  • Utilize advanced data analytics techniques to extract insights from large, diverse datasets, driving data-informed decision-making and supporting key business initiatives
  • Mentor and guide team members in the application of technical writing and analytical reasoning skills, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement and build c lose partnerships with software engineers on the team to automate as much testing as possible.


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field
  • Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and data application, including hands-on experience with major data visualization platforms
  • Advanced knowledge of data analytics techniques, with experience in developing and interpreting models, diagrams, and data-driven insights
  • Proven ability to apply technical fluency in current and relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies to drive innovative solutions
  • Strong track record of leading through change, navigating ambiguous situations, and managing dependencies in complex projects
  • Must be detail oriented, with ability to investigate and solve for the details independently by partnering with relevant technology or business colleagues
  • Experience in the adoption and implementation of Agile / Scrum methodologies with history in actively participating in all Scrum ceremonies and familiarity of terms
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and projects coupled with the flexibility to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to run meetings and drive agenda
  • Experience working closely with AD architects and Design Authorities
