Description:

Our Wealth Management Servicing team supports our customer's Chase.com digital self-service experience, workflow toolset and automates processes to improve operational efficiencies.

As a Senior Product Associate on the Wealth Management Advisor Notifications team, you will be responsible for building and delivering the servicing messaging experiences roadmap to the advisors, client associates, and servicing professionals across the J.P. Morgan Wealth Management client spectrum. Your skill, collaborative mindset, and teamwork abilities will in make a crucial difference as you build connections with a wide landscape of partners and stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have Wealth Management or Core Banking experience with background in Agile product management, Technology, Operations or Business Analysis.

Job responsibilities:
  • Drive solutions discovery, refinement, and delivery in a mature Agile environment
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product owners, legal, advisors, risk/controls, operations, technology, design, and data partners
  • Develop, refine, and maintain clear documentation of the scope, workflows, and user stories
  • Engage technology partners to help refine tasks and user stories on a daily basis
  • Facilitate Quality Assurance, User Acceptance Testing, and Production validations to ensure the delivered solution ties back to the requirements
  • Support escalations; develop and share subject matter expertise for Production issues and incidents resolution
  • Apply domain knowledge, technical acumen, critical thinking, and analytical skills to help team drive forth its applications evolution


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • 3+ years of experience product development, business analysis, or project management roles
  • Familiarity with retail investments products and their lifecycle, client service models, technology, operations and controls
  • Knowledge of Agile principles, tools, ceremonies and proven ability to successfully deliver in an Agile environment is required
  • Demonstrated ability to be an integral member of a global team on large-scale, complex projects
  • Successful track record of developing products within deadlines
  • Familiarity with database platforms and proficiency in data querying languages and techniques for practical analysis and troubleshooting
  • Keen understanding of technical integration and dependencies for end-to-end client experience


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Strong work organization, written and oral communications skills and attention to details
  • Background in brokerage, investments management or banking is strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Creative and innovative thinker
  • Bachelor's degree or related experience preferred
  • Exposure to ML and AI frameworks is a big plus
