Join our dynamic team as the the Head of Auto Commercial and Treasury Services!

As the Head of Commercial and Treasury Services, you will be in a senior leadership role within Chase Auto Dealer Services responsible for leading a National team of commercial lending and treasury experts providing end-to-end banking solutions for Automotive Dealer clients. This role involves overseeing all aspects of strategy (including innovation and technology), daily execution, capacity and key performance indicators (KPIs). You will use your leadership experience to play a key role in the development and growth of our business relationships. Job Responsibilities
  • Lead a best-in-class diverse team that creates solutions for Automotive Dealers to grow their business, manage their money and make payments.
  • Position the business for long-term success through commercializing established and newly launched, differentiated client solutions and offerings.
  • Influence and drive alignment across the wider Auto business with, product, operations, and clients.
  • Work closely with the Private Label Captive Finance and Dealer Services sales teams.
  • Oversee strategy, daily execution, capacity and KPIs to ensure world-class delivery.
  • Address all aspects of risk and control priorities, ensuring a robust and proactive risk management framework.
  • Create a strong employee engagement culture, promoting inclusivity, development, and high performance.
  • Respond to client inquiries, solve problems and address all client needs.
  • Provide strategic market and competitor analysis on emerging challenges and needs across the organization while delivering insights that drive performance and accountability.
  • Take ownership of the team's performance against revenue retention and overall client relationships and provide regular updates to senior management teams on performance.
  • Actively partner with the business to develop and improve services, systems, and procedures, including plans for a multi-year strategy for growth and expansion.
  • Work with partners across the firm to improve service delivery and outcomes through the use of automation, AI/ML, data analytics, and technology.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership in partnership with the communications and marketing teams and represent Chase Auto at internal and external forums, industry events and with regulators.
  • Travel is required in the role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 15+ years' experience with evolving and expanding responsibilities in commercial banking and treasury relationship management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Commercial lending, Treasury, Payments products and end-to-end delivery.
  • An evidence-based approach to solving problems and adding value to optimize products and services.
  • Strong senior stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience presenting to and interacting with clients, regulators, and diverse industry bodies.
  • Proactive and skilled at resolving issues, with a curious, problem-solving mindset.
  • Proven track record of success in leading large-scale initiatives and strategic projects across various product or banking teams, while collaborating across functional groups including sales, service, compliance and legal.
