Description:

The Sourcing Analytics Manager role will be assisting in discovering, designing and implementing sourcing tools and dashboards.

As a Sourcing Analytics Manager within Global Supplier Services, you will support the execution of key data initiatives aligned with sourcing enablement tools and technologies, focusing on category sourcing and commercialization.

Job Responsibilities
  • Understanding of current and future tools and dashboards.
  • Leverage data to develop new products and enhance existing ones, including assisting in designing logic for custom metric and reporting.
  • Translate complex business requirements into actionable items, prioritizing based on technical feasibility, business impact and stakeholders needs.
  • Support lifecycle of data solutions from concept to launch including ongoing maintenance and updates.
  • Perform quality assurance testing and implement data governance guidelines to maintain data quality and integrity.
  • Support design and execution of solutions in alignment with project plans to ensure transparency and timely delivery of deliverables.
  • Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Work with broader GSS to support implementation and execution of program strategies and reports aligned to Sourcing.
  • Analyze, manipulate and connect multi-source data sets to support executive reporting.
  • Perform all responsibilities in line with established policies and procedures agreed with Legal and Compliance

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Bachelor's degree - in computer science or similar/ relevant field.
  • 8+ years of relevant industry experience, ideally coupled with all or a mix of banking and/or sourcing, data & analytics and product and project management experience.
  • Data manipulation, analytical and visualization skills against large and complex datasets and expert Microsoft Excel (macros, complex queries, etc) and PowerPoint skills.
  • Time, project, and product management skills.
  • Confident personality - Strength in character and intellect to gain the respect of demanding stakeholders.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills as well as superior ability to produce high quality data intensive reports for audiences of various levels, including senior management and professionalism, sensitivity, discretion, and sound decision-making skills.
  • Able to operate in a complex, global, and federated environment.
  • Creative problem-solving skills, plus experience dealing with complex challenges and collaborative and participative working style.
  • Organized and structured working approach and self-starter, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask well under pressure.
  • Experience in Tableau, Alteryx, Access, and other data technology tools.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Experience in the financial services industry and banking technology is a plus.
  • Ariba experience a plus but not required.
