As a Global Category Manager - Vice President in Global Supplier Services, you lead multi-year category strategies that deliver value, mitigate risk, and improve stakeholder outcomes across the firm. You will partner with line of business stakeholders to define requirements, run competitive processes, and negotiate commercial terms. You will use data-driven insights to optimize supplier relationships and champion best practices for contingent workforce engagements.

Job responsibilities
  • Lead development and execution of multi-year category strategies for IT Project Services.
  • Partner with line of business stakeholders to define requirements and sourcing objectives.
  • Design and run competitive sourcing processes; evaluate supplier proposals and options.
  • Complete supplier due diligence and assess commercial, operational, and legal risks.
  • Negotiate commercial terms to deliver savings, quality, and risk control.
  • Lead contract drafting and execution for statements of work and master agreements.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sourcing, Legal, Risk, Finance, and Third Party Oversight.
  • Maintain compliance with firm policies and procedures throughout the sourcing lifecycle.
  • Manage key supplier relationships and performance to category goals.
  • Identify and develop new service opportunities that meet or anticipate client needs.
  • Educate stakeholders on contingent workforce best practices.


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 5 years leading technology services sourcing or category management, including contingent labor, staffing, and consulting.
  • Experience drafting and negotiating deliverable-based contracts, statements of work, and master agreements.
  • Strong knowledge of RFI/RFP/RFQ and the five-step sourcing methodology.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and proficiency across Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to lead and influence senior stakeholders; strong communication skills.
  • Project management skills to plan, execute, and report progress to management.
  • Cost modeling capability to analyze value streams, cost drivers, and supplier economics.
  • Business strategy alignment: translate business goals into sourcing plans and outcomes.
  • Risk management acumen to identify, mitigate, and communicate risk trade-offs.
  • Familiarity with internal risk management processes and policy compliance.


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience in financial services and banking technology.
  • Experience with contingent workforce programs and best practices.
  • Experience using Beeline or Ariba.
  • CCWP or CCWP SOW Management Expert certification.
  • Knowledge of Third Party Oversight processes and controls.
  • Track record managing global supplier relationships and delivering multi-year savings.
  • Experience operating across multiple regions and time zones.
