Description:

As a Global Banking Innovation Development Program Manager within the Innovation Development Program (IDP) Management team, you are responsible for supporting the execution of the Analyst Program, which hires, develops, and exposes recent college graduates to exciting areas of product management and product operations across the firm. The role includes coaching analysts and partnering with senior stakeholders and other key constituents across the business. Close collaboration with specialists in Human Resources, Finance and Business Management, and Business Operations is essential to successfully deliver the Analyst Program.

The program you will help manage is focused on building the next generation of end-to-end product professionals by creating a long-lasting, positive impact and developing innovative solutions to complex problems for Global Banking domestic and international clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist senior program manager with daily program activities (onboarding, recruiting, training, rotations, placement)
  • Ensure a best-in-class experience for analysts, interns, and fellows to meet talent pipeline goals
  • Strategize with Program Management Team (PMT) on program improvements and enhancements
  • Develop presentations, summaries, and materials for senior executives
  • Plan and execute program receptions and networking events
  • Coordinate communications, logistics, enrollment, rosters, lodging, travel, and assignments
  • Support partnerships with directors, leaders, and vendors for learning and development programs
  • Manage classroom logistics (space, technology, catering, materials, A/V, seating, signage)
  • Track and maintain program materials and calendars (course content, exams, SharePoint, events)
  • Monitor, report, and analyze key metrics and feedback for early talent programs
  • Prepare and distribute executive reporting materials and ensure timely, accurate information delivery


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • 2+ years post-college experience in program/project management, HR, or event coordination/support, or related experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint/Pitch Pro
  • Excellent project planning, management, teamwork, and influencing abilities
  • Comfortable with data analysis in Excel; and dashboard/reporting tool experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-level collaboration
  • Excellent organizational skills; able to manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • Able to lead meetings and conference calls
  • Skilled at building internal networks and navigating business lines
  • Self-starter, able to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and ability to propose solutions
