DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Produce and analyze various financial and management reporting deliverables on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis for both internal and external stakeholders. Utilize various financial databases to store, retrieve, and process data for financial and personnel reporting purposes. Analyze and interpret statistical data to identify significant differences and relationships among data sources. Identify relationships and trends in large data sets to support automation efforts and development initiatives. Create and disseminate ad-hoc reports to support decision-making processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate the annual budgeting process. Develop and implement automation solutions to replace existing manual reporting processes. Develop and implement reporting and analytics solutions. Maintain and enhance automated and reporting solutions to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related field of study plus two (2) years of experience in the job offered or as Financial Analysis, Data Analyst, Financial Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related field of study plus four (4) years of experience in the job offered or as Financial Analysis, Data Analyst, Financial Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires two (2) years of experience with the following: Performing financial and headcount data analysis to identify trends and variances using MS Excel functionalities including Lookups and Pivots; Designing, developing, and producing end-to-end Alteryx workflows using functionalities including Preparation, Join, Parse, Transform, Macros, and Developer tools to prepare, process, join, and transform raw data; Designing, developing, and producing end-to-end interactive dashboarding and data visualization solutions using Tableau functionalities including Calculated Fields, Parameters, Actions, LOD Expressions, Row-Level Security, and Dynamic Filter; Performing exploratory data analysis and data mining using Alteryx functionalities including Preparation, Join, Parse, Transform, and Developer tools and SQL queries in Databricks to derive insights and actionable metrics; Designing and producing Data Visualizations; Analyzing data structures and relationships to blend and create insightful financial and headcount datasets using Alteryx workflows and SQL queries in Databricks to support reporting.
