As a Business Analyst on the Performance Marketing Corporate Websites Management team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver high-impact web solutions. Your day will include leading agile ceremonies, translating business needs into actionable requirements, and leveraging tools like Figma and Jira. Your work ensures our digital platforms are user-centric, efficient, and aligned with strategic goals.
Job responsibilities - Collaborate with product owners, developers, and the UX design group to bridge business and technical needs.
- Apply Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) practices, writing clear \"Given-When-Then\" scenarios.
- Develop and review user stories, use cases, and technical specifications.
- Gather requirements and author improvement suggestions with platform teams.
- Use Figma to facilitate design collaboration and communicate design elements to developers.
- Evaluate and document impact and gap analyses for proposed changes.
- Assist developers with technical improvements and system refactoring.
- Support Business as Usual (BAU) requests and strategic client initiatives.
- Track and analyze development KPIs using data visualization tools.
- Support scrum coaches and contribute to agile process enhancements.
- Lead daily scrum calls, pre-refinement sessions, and sprint 0 planning meetings.
Required Qualifications, capabilities, and skills - Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in business analysis and data analytics.
- Proficiency with Jira, Figma, and data analysis tools (e.g., MS Excel).
- Ability to translate design concepts into technical specifications.
- Ability to write clear Behavior Driven Design/Development scenarios (\"Given-When-Then\").
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset for cross-team work.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience leading agile ceremonies and project planning.
- Skilled in tracking and analyzing KPIs.
Preferred Qualifications, capabilities, and skills - Proactive approach to process improvement and innovation.
- Experience supporting technical refactoring initiatives.
- Experience working with remote or globally dispersed teams.
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with financial or digital marketing environments.
- Knowledge of emerging digital trends and technologies.
- Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) or significant agile experience.
