Your Job

John Zink is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Outside Sales, Latin America, to lead our sales efforts in the Latin America region, while emphasizing the organization's focus on Preferred Partnerships and virtuous cycles of mutual benefit. This role is pivotal in maximizing profitability, enhancing customer relationships, and driving compliance. As the Director of Latin America Sales, you will be at the forefront of our regional strategy, responsible for driving customer satisfaction and achieving long-term profitability. Your leadership will shape the way we engage with customers and foster a culture of integrity and excellence.

We are open to this role sitting out of Houston and/or other locations within the region.

Our Team

You will lead a dynamic sales team focused on the Latin America market, working closely with other leaders to ensure alignment with Koch's values and strategic goals. Your team will comprise talented individuals dedicated to fostering customer relationships and driving business success across the region.

What You Will Do
  • Principled Base Management: Apply Principle Based Management® (PBM) to build a contribution-motivated culture and lead the team to continued profitable growth. Drive PBM® Culture across the entire business.
  • Customer Focus: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to anticipate and meet their needs, creating mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Strategy Development and Execution: Develop and execute strategies to maximize profitability, identify inefficiencies, and lead sales teams to improve business value.
  • Leadership and Talent Development: Select, develop, and train talent to meet business objectives, establishing clear roles, responsibilities, and metrics that drive accountability and performance.
  • Compliance Leadership: Ensure that all sales activities adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and company policies, reinforcing the compliance message across major sites and locations.


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Experience in sales within the Latin America market
  • Experience supervising and leading a team
  • Experience in strategy development and execution
  • Ability to speak Spanish fluently
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

  • Ability to speak Portuguese
