Job Description

IntelliSource is seeking to hire an Exterior Operations Associate in Austin, Texas. In this role, you will support the upkeep, maintenance, and improvement of our facility's exterior areas while also assisting with broader Workplace Operations tasks. You'll handle a variety of responsibilities-from diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues to moving equipment, supporting events, and ensuring our site remains safe, clean, and efficient.

Responsibilities

• Observing/diagnosing minor plumbing issues- troubleshooting ability or contact preferred vendor.
• Observing/diagnosing minor electrical issues, troubleshooting ability, or contacting the preferred vendor.
• Observing/diagnosing issues or updates needed to the exterior of the building, troubleshooting, or contacting the preferred vendor.
• Unloading and loading trucks, and moving merchandise to designated areas within the factory.
• Completing assigned tasks in a timely manner.
• Conducting inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including sweeping and removing debris.
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and small electric hand tools.
• Following safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Hands-on tools experience great at problem-solving and must have maintenance and repair background
• Prior experience in plumbing/electrical
• Prior experience in a warehouse environment or labor-intensive position is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move objects, up to 35lb.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work in different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude and "can-do" customer service-oriented mentality.
• Ability to see the big picture, yet still be detail-oriented.
• Ability to accept constructive criticism.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under constantly changing priorities and demands.
